There is a 30 day Return policy. Your original purchase price is sent to a Lawyer's Trust account and remains there until the 30 day period has passed (measured from when a collection is first in the hands of the purchaser and the full purchase price is in the Lawyer's account, until the Collection is returned to the seller).
As soon as you have made a decision to return a Collection, you must notify the Lawyer holding the Trust Account – do this by BOTH PHONE CALL and EMAIL. This must be before the 30 day Return Policy expires. Then immediately make arrangements to send the Collection back to the lawyer, and it is recommended that it be sent by FedEx and insured.
When the lawyer receives the collection, he will have its Authenticity verified and notify you. You can have the funds sent to you by wire or a certified check.
To Reserve a collection – this can be made by placing a 50% deposit with the lawyer for the Collection, and you have 30 days to decide on a purchase. Time begins from when the Lawyer receives the deposit.
The original purchase price sits in the Lawyer's Trust Account until the original 30 days have passed (beginning from when you have the Collection in your possession). After that time, it passes to the seller.
